TVA-1000B (FID)

• Description: The Thermo TVA-1000B is a portable organic/inorganic toxic vapor monitor. The analyzer uses both a flame ionization detector (FID) and a photo ionization detector (PID) to sample and measure gases. Currently only the flame ionization detector (FID) is available with EnRUD Resources, Inc. The concentrations can be read on both the hand held probe and the instrument sidepack itself. The data can also be stored unto the LeakTracker 200 Workstation and downloaded to a personal computer for analysis. The FID requires a Hydrogen fuel supply for operation.

VE7 THC Analyzer

Description: The J.U.M. Engineering HFID Model VE7 is very rugged and versatile 19" rack mount heated total hydrocarbon analyzer for high accuracy, sensitivity and stability. The Model VE7 uses a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) in a heated oven to prevent the loss of high molecular weight hydrocarbons and to provide reliable performance in the analysis of trace level of contaminants in high purity gases, air and other gases. The permanent heated sample filter is cleaned by backpurging and has a replaceable stainless steel mesh filter disc. A rear adaptor-system allows cold-spot free coupling of a heated sample line inside the heated oven without the need of special tools.
