EnRUD Resources is the only J.U.M. Certified Repair Center for the United States. Our repair staff is certified to repair all J.U.M. analyzers through extensive training both in Germany at J.U.M. Engineering and in the US by J.U.M. J.U.M. (Hydrocarbon Analyzers) is considered a market leader for THC continuous emission monitors. They are usually used in stack testing, engine and diesel emissions, as well as any other CEM applications. They are built to withstand a minimum one year continuous 24/7/365 monitoring without fault. They do require preventative maintenance and cleaning over time. As with anything, the more it is taken care of - the longer they will last.

J.U.M. THC Analyzer Annual Optimization Program Overview:

• All sample wetted parts are disassembled from the oven and ultrasonically cleaned.
• Pumps are disassembled and ultrasonically cleaned. Diaphragms, valves gaskets/O-rings are replaced.
• Disassemble, inspect and ultrasonically clean the sample solenoid valve and sample filter. We replace O-rings. We replace the filter disc at cost if damaged.
• If original sample pressure is not reached, we replace the bypass capillary.
• Disassemble, empty, clean and refill air purifier and test for leaks.
• Test for electrical failures.
• Reassemble the analyzer, test for negative and positive pressure leaks, reoptimize the factory specifications and long-term test for three days.
• Perform final calibration and test for calibration repeatability.
• If original calibration values cannot be reached, we replace the sample capillary.
• Replace all Viton, Nylon or Teflon hoses that show wear.

  Upon completion of work as stated above, a Certificate of Compliance will be provided to certify that the analyzer has been serviced and tested, and is currently operating at factory specifications.
