EnRUD's expertise and extensively trained personnel routinely provide emissions testing for our clients in accordance with EPA promulgated test methods and EPA conditional test methods. EnRUD is certified by Louisiana Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (LELAP) in accordance with NELAP to perform the following methods:

CEMS

EnRUD provides a turn-key operation for the building, installation, and certification of a CEM system.

CEM Repair

EnRUD is the U.S. "Official" repair center for J.U.M Total Hydrocarbon Analzyers. EnRUD is also an "Official" regional repair center for California Analytical analyzers consisting of the following types:

• Infrared,
• Non-Dispersive Infrared
• Chemiluminescent
• Paramagnetic.

EnRUD has manufacturer trained personnel to complete and certify the work in compliance with manufacturer's specifications. EnRUD only uses "manufacturer approved" components for repair. With EnRUD's experience with building, installation and certification of CEM systems, repairing of CEMS is a natural component of the "Complete" service philosophy.

CEMS Certification

EnRUD provides CEMS and PEMS certifications for a variety of sources. Quarterly Cylinder Gas Audits and/or Calibration Error tests are performed in conjunction with an annual RATA. We carry the following analyzers in conjunction with a comprehensive Data Acquisition system in our Mobile Testing Labs:

• Carbon Dioxide (CO2) - EPA Method 3A, PS 3
• Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) - EPA Method 6C, PS 2

A majority of the certifications are performed in compliance with EPA 40 CFR 60, Appendix B, Performance Specifications (PS) 1 through 9 and 40 CFR 75 and 40 CFR 266, Appendix IX.

EnRUD's Hazardous Waste Combustion RCRA and BIF services include:

Safety / Accreditation

EnRUD's Source Testing Division has had a total of "zero" OSHA recordables. EnRUD performs hazard identification and analysis for each and every test performed. Each and every EnRUD field personnel goes through a rigorous safety program. The combination of training and awareness has allowed us to maintain a current "zero" recordable rate.

EnRUD is currently accredited by LELAP (Louisiana Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program). LELAP has adopted the NELAP (National Environmental Laboratory Program) standards. During the LELAP accreditation process, LDEQ representatives visited our offices for a visual inspection, reviewed EnRUD's QA/QC files, inspected EnRUD's equipment, reviewed EnRUD's Quality Assurance Manual, reviewed EnRUD's SOP's and witnessed EnRUD's Source Testing Division on an actual job which consisted of a two week trial burn (CPT test) on a hazardous waste incinerator.
